    Food
Minette Tavern at MacDougal St in New York is a French/American restaurant famous for its breakfast and brunch but the dinners are not bad either. With Black Label burger and Cote de Boeuf as highlights of the menu, you are in for a surprise if you love the beef. The meat is well marbled and served with marrow which would make your mouth water every time you think or hear of this place. People have complained for the price tags but that is understandable if you are getting top quality ingredients. Sauteed calamari with garlic and saffron aioli as the appetizer and chocolate souffle for dessert makes the evening with fabulous drinks to follow but the drinks menu is somewhat limited.
    Atmosphere
The ambience and the decor are dreamy with a feel of getting teleported to 40’s. The place gets crowded and bit noisy but that speaks for the quality of the food and how people adore it.
    Service
The service is quick with waiters and all the staff exhibiting the seamless fusion and never letting a glass sit empty. The manager is courteous and active but the reservation system is fussy and you have to book quite in advance.

The Grey Dog is a new American style restaurant located between Spring St & Prince St in Nolita. This place is worth the trip for authentic American style food.

The food was after we ordered it by an in house chef. I had the Grey Dog's Breakfast that included home fries, eggs any style, french toast or pancakes, & sausage. My wife had the Smoked Salmon Toast Point that included cream cheese, tomato, capers & onions. Everything Was made to our specifications and came out tasting very fresh.

The noise level was very quiet for the time of day that we arrived and we did not have to strain to make ourselves heard. There was a lot of space and we did not feel cramped at all.

The service was very good even though there are no waiters. The staff that took down my order got everything right and we did not have to send anything back. I will be going back.

Gran electrica is a great little Mexican food restaurant and bar and it is located right along the Brooklyn bridge it has great food, and amazing decor and the right ambience of a night of fun with the friends or a nice night on the town with the special someone and overall a great spot to kick back and have a few drinks on any given night,

Electrica has a wide variety of Mexican foods, but what really excels are their chips and guacamole. Also one of the dishes they do great is the ceviche and the whole fish. It is overall a great place to pick fresh sea food dishes.

When walking into the place you get a nice feel of a Diego Rivera type ambient as it looks like you stepped into an early 1920's country home. They offer outside seating in a great patio that is nicely lit and makes for a great date. Although it can get a bit hot on a New York summer night, this can be overlooked due to the great setting.

The staff of the place was also very helpful providing recommendations and answering all the questions and doubts. When we ordered I felt as the food came out lightning quick and they were always making sure we had everything we needed.

Reviewers across the board on multiple review sites think of Dottie’s True Blue Café as “True Blue”! Located in the Soma District on 6th Street in San Francisco two sites have Dottie’s pushing nearly a perfect 5-star rating, while all sites collectively rank this little bistro as far above average. Dottie’s True Blue Café also has generated over 2 and ½ thousand total reviews on one site to cement this outstanding rating.

Menu items are mentioned as pleasingly diverse, offering a traditional American cuisine. Breakfast and brunch are the two primary meal times associated with Dottie’s True Blue, but reviewers also insisted this was an excellent choice just for a quick cup of coffee or tea. The cornmeal and cornbread menu items generated much attention, from the morning staple blueberry cornmeal pancakes to the grilled chili cornbread with jalapeno jelly.

Dottie’s True Blue Café is most definitely only a breakfast, lunch, or brunch establishment as they close at 3:00PM on weekdays and 4:00PM on Saturday and Sunday. Note that Dottie’s is not open at all on Tuesday’s or Wednesdays. Dottie’s takes credit cards, is a nice place for families and children, but the smallness of the dining area does not bode well for large groups.

Reviewers were consistently insisting the food was the best they had ever eaten, with a quality of service to match. A casual jazzy atmosphere where customers are distracted by a noisy television in the background, or countless Internet surfers using WiFi. Pleasant and quaint with outstanding food.

There was a ton of meat and the sauce was great. My wife had the Croque Monsieur. The sandwich chef really did an awesome job with our order and you could tell they did not rush it.

Roebling Tea Room is an American Breakfast bar with French overtones located in Brooklyn, New York. Staff at Roebling Tea Room are polite and well dressed. They serve many dishes including sandwiches, egg salads, chicken, pork, and steak.

Roebling Tea Room takes the approach to their foods opting to carry a variety of obscure teas to compliment them. They also carry spirits from whiskey to gin. Reviewers agreed the drinks are rather over priced but at least they carry high quality brands.

The atmosphere is contemporary and quaint. A large bar and open seating arrangements accompany groups both large and small. They perhaps try to hard with the decoration making it seem like a confused mix of styles.

Service at Roebling Tea Room is swift and the bar tenders are generous with drink portions. Server's are even talkative but some visitor's to Roebling however found the bar stools to be highly uncomfortable so you may want a table when deciding to give it a try.

A dish of “chicken and eggs” is a highlight, according to many diners, for its tenderness, flavorful simplicity and savory, bold, rustic flavors. [Atmosphere]

Diners seem to agree that the atmosphere is one of the main draws of the restaurant. Having just been remodeled, it is chic and modern and is a perfect space for people watching interesting folks in New York. Diners say that it is cute, whimsical, warm and impressive with its artwork and mood lighting.

    [Service]

Many diners mention their pleasure at extremely knowledgeable and friendly wait staff whose familiarity with the finer details of the menu shone through consistently. Some especially point out that the staff is able to deal efficiently and properly with busy periods. Others mention less than perfect experiences with slow wait times, reminders to staff about orders and other less than exemplary moments.
