Perfectly cooked #eggs over easy, sauteed rainbow #SwissChard and seasonal #veggies, chickpea mash, house smoked then #caramelized bacon, corn #tortilla made to order.
BEST BACON EVER
I dont' know what Verde Cocina does to their bacon, but at the PSU farmers market it draws crowds into their long lines to get their delicious latin breakfast plates. It is thick cut, caramelized and crispy and sweet and savory. I dream of this bacon.
