I came here with a friend for brunch. It was Sunday at 10 and no wait - we were off to a good start! My friend ordered the waffles and a scone while I had the orange blossom pancakes ($16). The pancakes were so yummy and fluffy, I just wish they had added more fruit and whipped cream to my portion. I barely had one whole strawberry. I got a little bored of just eating pancake after the whipped cream and strawberries were done.
Overall, this is a nice place to brunch in Chelsea. The atmosphere is cheery and relaxed, I look forward to trying their other savory brunch options!
I have never been made to feel more uncomfortable in a restaurant. The place was empty, i was told there would be a 45 minute wait for two, but the bar was first come first serve. After scoring a seat at the bar i was promptly informed i wasnt allowed to take seats like that and that i needed to wait. Wtf. I wont be coming back and hope management gets a hold of the kind of service they are serving up here. We promptly took our business elsewhere, hostess on sunday mornings around 11:30 sucks.
