One of my favorite things to eat are empanadas. It seems like every country has their own take on empanadas, being Filipino and all we usually suck them with ground beef or chicken and some veggies the outside is usually quite sweet so it's a mix of sweet and savory. I do enjoy the Spanish ones which they did try and filled either beef, chicken, or cheese. The ones at Enriqueta's are amazing, their fried to perfection and field so many tasty fillings. I still think about these when I'm back in New York, Even though in my neighborhood they do sell empanadas. These are definitely not the same ones that had there. They also have great sandwiches here such as a classic Cubanos purnell and much more. Babe do breakfast right over here, we're on the street at they have amazing omelettes that feature cheese sausage and plantains, which I will definitely try when I'm back in Miami. This is a hidden gem away from all the hustle and bustle of Miami. It's always great to find these hidden treasures when travel.
