There are lots of healthy options there that mean you can eat really well and you don't have to feel guilty later. Or, if you are like us, you eat a really healthy lunch which perfectly justifies that big ol slice of cheesecake for dessert. Yes, if you go to the Cheesecake Factory, you will find so many tempting cheesecakes. It's kind of what they are known for. And while we could tell you to avoid them altogether, we will instead give you some information and you can decide how best to approach from there. The regular cheesecake slices run from 830 calories to 1,570 calories, depending upon the type that you choose. The Low Carb Cheesecakes vary between 620 - 630 calories per slice.

Now, you can get creative and try not to eat the whole thing and cut it into pieces to enjoy later or share with the table. Or you can opt to avoid temptation altogether and go for the much healthier Fresh Strawberries with whipped cream which has only 250 calories and 11g saturated fat. We always go with the Skinnylicious menu, which makes us feel very good about our choices, then we feel free to order a slice of Salted Caramel Cheesecake and eat the entire thing completely uninhibited.
